The IFU University Juice Processing Summer School, organised in partnership with the University of Parma, will once again take place in Parma from 17 to 20 June 2024.

The course package includes a welcome evening, access to the lectures, hands-on activities, lunches, refreshment breaks, on all three days and a networking dinner.

An excellent opportunity to gain additional knowledge and network with other people from the juice industry! 

The programme will cover a range of informative and interesting topics relevant to juice processing presented by industry experts and university professors.

Hotel Accommodation:

We have an allocation of rooms at the Starhotels Du Parc Hotel in Parma for the nights of 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th June 2024 at the following special IFU B&B rates:

• €130 per room per night (single occupancy)

• €150 per room per night (double occupancy)

These rates are valid until 15th May 2024.  Bookings can be cancelled up to 15 days before your arrival date without any penalty.
