 The IFU University Juice Processing Summer School organised in partnership with the University of Parma will once again take place in Parma from 19 to 22 June 2023. The course package includes a welcome evening, access to the lectures, hands-on activities, lunches, refreshment breaks, on all three days and two networking dinners. An excellent opportunity to gain additional knowledge and network with other people from the juice industry! We are currently finalising the program which will cover a range of informative and interesting topics relevant to juice processing presented by industry experts and university professors.
