Grapefruit. Production decreased slightly 1% to 415,000 MT which is due to smaller than normal fruit size. The main 2 varieties are Star Ruby (84%) and Marsh (13%). The amount delivered for processing will increase 26% to 160,000 MT.
Oranges. Production is estimated to increase 3% to 1.60 million MT. The main 2 varieties are Midnight (22%) and Valencia Late (12%). The amount for processing is expected to increase to 301,000 MT up from 204,000 MT.
Lemon/Lime. Production is estimated to increase 7% to 490,000 MT of which 130,000 MT will go for processing (up 2%).
Orange production will be slightly lower at 1.9 million MT of which the amount for processing is 105,000 MT.
Lemon production has increased 10% to 1.1 million MT of which 50,000 MT is used for processing.
