Napaporn Rattanametta

Napaporn Rattametta graduated from Kasetsart University in Bangkok in a Master degree of Plant Science. For over 10 years, she has worked as Fruit-Juice auditor for SGF and Technical Advisor for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. She also joined GLOBALG.A.P. as Technical Key Account Manager-ASIA in 2018 as expert on fruit juice quality control and production, providing training on Food safety & Hygiene standards, the GLOBALG.A.P. standards and Sustainable Rice Platform standards.

Hartmut Haverland

Hartmut holds a PhD in mechanical engineering and graduated extra-occupational in business administration. He started his industrial career with Schott Engineering based in Mainz, Germany, serving in different managing functions including a three-year assignment as General Manager of a subsidiary in the US. After his return to Germany he was CEO of a leading supplier of mixing equipment before he joined Bucher Industries in 2003. Before he retired in 2022 he was the long-term CEO of Bucher Unipektin AG, the leading supplier of process equipment for the apple juice and cider industry, based in Niederweningen, Switzerland.

Monther Alharthi

Monther Alharthi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Portland State University, Portland, Oregon, U.S.A. in 1980 and a Masters Degree in International Business from South Western University, Washington D.C., U.S.A. in 1983. He joined Al-Rabie Saudi Foods Co. Ltd. in 1984 and from 1997 until 2021 he was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. Monther is currently on the Board of Directors of the Al-Rabie Saudi Foods Co. At present he is the CEO of Sela Medicals and also a Board Member of Sela Holding Group. He is the Chairman of the Arab Beverages Association (ABA) and Chairman of the Beverage Committee in the Arab Federation for Food Industries.

Mehmet Pala has a PhD in Food Process Engineering from Berlin Technical University, Department of Food Engineering and Biotechnology. He has extensive professional experience in the food industry. Mehmet has been the Scientific Editor of the monthly journal "FOOD TECHNOLOGY TURKEY", since 2001. He has also written 110 publications.

Slim Othmani is Chairman of the Board of Directors of NCA-Rouiba (now part of the Castel Group) in Algeria. He holds a degree in computer engineering from the University of Mathematics and Computer Sciences and an executive MBA from the Mediterranean School of Business in Tunis.

Slim is a member of the board and co-founder of several other companies as well as co-founder and vice-president of APAB (Algerian Drink Producers Association). He was decorated with the title of Chevalier de la legion d’honneur by the French government in 2018 for his commitment to improve the business environment in Algeria.

Mrs Patricia Obichukwu FRSA is the CEO of Best Produce International (UK) Ltd. She is the Pioneer, key facilitator/Registered Trainer/Verification Body for GLOBALG.A.P. activities on primary production in Nigeria. Patricia is an Approved Consultant and Registered Training Centre for International Featured Standards (IFS) for processed foods and value chain in West Africa. She is also a Registered Trainer for Rainforest Alliance and the IFU's (International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association) Representative for Nigeria.

She specializes in Project Development / Management; Quality Improvement of Agricultural Produce, Supply-Chain Management; Export Promotion, Product Sourcing, Product Design and Packaging, Training and Capacity Development; Needs & Risk Assessment and Management, Health and Social Care Service Development.

Maxim Novikov

Maxim is the Chairman of the Eurasian Union of Juice, Water and Beverage Producers. He has more than 8 years of experience in the creation, development, consolidation and relaunch of industry associations and Unions in the EEU and CIS countries (food, packaging and pulp and paper industries), international consulting and public communication. Maxim has been a member of the Board of the International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association (IFU) since 2019, as well as a permanent member of the IFU Commission on Legislation.

Norma Kamiya

Norma Inés Kamiya is a PhD in Chemistry and Head of the Agroindustrial Products Chemistry Department at the Obispo Colombres Agroindustrial Experimental Station, an agroindustrial scientific research center in Tucumán, Argentina. She is responsible for 9 laboratories dedicated to meeting the needs of producers in the region and is the Coordinator of the Citrus Industrialization Program. She is recognized by the Secretary of State for Innovation and Technological Development (SIDETEC) for her work in disseminating research and sharing knowledge. She is a member of the Japanese Association in Tucumán.
