IFU methods are used throughout the juice supply chain to check the quality and authenticity of juice products. They are the only methods that have been developed and validated on juice materials. Some of these methods are
also available on e-learning videos. A new series of Best Practice Guidelines (BPG’s) have been developed by experts from the Science and Technology Commission to help industry professionals understand key processes and
