EEAOC

The Obispo Colombres Agroindustrial Experimental Station is an autonomous entity in the area of the Ministry of Productive Development of the Government of Tucumán, whose mission has been, since its creation in 1909, to technologically support the early agroproductive leadership of the province. The research task at the EEAOC is organized around Work Programs, which address large thematic areas defined in the Institutional Strategic Plan. These Programs, which can simultaneously articulate subprograms and/or specific projects aimed at more specialized aspects of knowledge, basically tend to improve the quality and performance of products, reduce production costs and ensure of the sustainability of agroindustrial systems, through the creation and development of technologies and methods - traditional or biotechnological - for efficient management of crops and their derived industries.

SSICA

Activities include collaboration with public and private bodies, research activities and assistance to companies. Through its activity of experimental development, consultancy, transfer of results, training and dissemination and technological monitoring SSICA aims to provide answers to general problems concerning the processing activity while intervening on the whole agri-food production chain to improve quality and safety standards.

The CTCPA, Technical Centre, supports companies of all sizes, from start-ups to large groups, in their efforts to develop products and their manufacturing processes, improve their industrial and environmental performance and control and maintianing product quality and food safety.
